Eye-tracking research of users on mobile devices

Hey all, I hope this is the best forum for this sort of thing. Let me know if you think anywhere else is better.

I’m trying to hunt down some research on read areas of mobile devices when users are scrolling through long pages.

I’m trying to prove (or disprove) that users mostly use the centre area (vertically) for content browsing.

Thanks for your help.

I know Luke W has put out a few snippets around this.

Here’s an article that might be a good jumping off point http://uxmyths.com/post/654047943/myth-people-dont-scroll.

Also check out Karen McGrane’s post on content. She may have some insights.

That’s a nice summary of research from Luke W. Thanks for that link!
