I’ve been asked to build a marketing platform for an international service design company.
Their research indicates they will have two classes of user:
- those unfamiliar with service design who will need to be orientated to the process and how it can solve a particular need
- those familiar with the process who need access to specific resources (e.g. expert consultants or stuff about SD they can cut and paste into bid documents)
I’m looking at the homepage and I think a good way to explain what the company does is via abstracts of compelling case studies “learn how X saved Y millions of pounds” etc
But my question is: has anyone experience in service design and have you learned any particularly persuasive selling points for the process? Have you examples?
Any help really appreciated.
